• We offer prepped-for-paint options where your new building is caulked and primed, ready for you to apply the exterior paint of your choice.
• For a small fee, provide us with your color information, and we’ll custom-paint your building!

Storage buildings from Nu-Dā are completely portable, giving you the flexibility to:

• Relocate* your building to a new site on your property
• Take your building with you if you move to a new location
• Sell your building and replace it with a newer, larger, or smaller building as your needs demand

Since Nu-Dā portable storage buildings are not permanent structures on your property, they usually require no building permits and aren’t considered “property improvements,” so they shouldn’t affect your property tax assessment.

20-Year Roof Leak Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants the steel roof to be free from leaks for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

20– or 40-Year Roof Rust-Through Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants that Galvalume roof systems will not rust through and fail for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

Southeastern Buildings warrants that painted roof systems will not rust through and fail for a period of 40 years from the date of purchase.

50-Year LP SmartSide Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that the wood siding will remain free from rot, buckling, cracking, peeling, separating, chipping, flaking, etc. for a period of 50 years from the date of purchase.

25-Year Rot and Termite Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants that the pressure-treated floor joists and skids will not fail due to rot or termite damage for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase.

Limited Lifetime Flooring Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants that the plywood flooring will not delaminate during the lifetime of the product.

5-Year Construction Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants against defects in workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
