Your building can also include features such as:

• Electrical package with lighting and outlets

These options are also available for portable and build-on-site buildings.

Yes, we can print out a 3D computer rendering of your building, so that you can see exactly what your new building will look like.

You’ll need to discuss that with your sales associate. We will require a space a little wider than the width of your building to get the building and our special delivery equipment into your yard. Our full-size truck will not need to get into your fenced yard.

No, when we deliver your pre-built portable building, we will level it using concrete blocks placed underneath the building’s pressure-treated skids. Blocks and leveling are included in your price. The price of delivery is included for customers within 25 miles of our lot in Covington.

We sell two types of buildings – prebuilt portable buildings and built-on-site carports and garages. We offer both traditional (credit check) and rent-to-own (no credit check) financing for both types.

This can vary throughout the year – generally portables and the build on sites take 5-6 weeks. You can always call our office and get the updated timetable.

This can also vary depending on how busy we are throughout the year – it could be anywhere from one week to three weeks. Delivery to lawns and grassy areas will also be affected by weather conditions. Just call our office to get the updated timetable.

We try our very best to accommodate requests for site visits.

Our portable buildings come with 7 different warranties and build-on-site carports and garages include 2 warranties. Warranty information is available on each product’s page:

Every jurisdiction is different, and it is the customer’s responsibility to get a permit if one is needed.

For the portable buildings, we deliver at no charge within 25 miles of our Covington lot and 25 miles of our Eatonton plant at no charge. Delivery charges outside of those areas will vary based on mileage.  For our steel build-on-site buildings, we go anywhere in Georgia at no additional cost.
