We can email, fax or complete an application over the phone. Lendmark's office is conveniently located in Covington next to the Kroger store on Hwy 278. Lendmark also pulls a credit report and approves the application based on your credit score and income ratios.

There is no penalty for paying off your loan early or making extra payments. This will reduce your interest. Just give us a call if you have any questions.

Rent-To-Own

We now offer this easy way to finance all of our portable wood and metal buildings. The difference between this and regular financing is that there is no credit check involved with rent-to-own. There is two month's rent due along with a one time $15 filing fee by the date of delivery. This is the first and last month. You can purchase a building from the inventory in stock or you can custom order your own colors to match your house.
